Despite massive attempts to discredit this factual information with what is now legal disinformation propaganda on the internet, facts are facts. It is a fact that the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was signed into the law by Barrack Hussein Obama on January 2, 2013. This legalized the use of disinformation propaganda against the American People by the media and big tech.
Now, why on God’s earth would Our government make it legal to misinform the American People?
What patriotic benefit does this serve? It doesn’t. It only serves to forward a decades long communist agenda to overthrow our republic. Evidence of this becomes clearer every day with the foreign interference in the 2020 elections by Venezuelan company Dominion voting machines and their Smartmatic election flipping software. There is also massive evidence of 2020 election interference in the attempted coup on our Republic by George Soros, the Clinton Foundation, Cuba and Communist China.
The 2013 NDAA has an amendment added that negates the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 (SMA) and the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1987.
These laws made propaganda used to influence foreigners and US citizens illegal. Without these laws, disinformation could and has run rampant throughout mass media. After all, more than 90% or what we read, listen and watch are owned by only 6 corporations. Corporations that lean far left and are pro-socialist and pro-communist. The US media has fast become a subversive enemy of truth, freedom and the American People.
The 2013 NDAA amendment sanctions the US government, without restriction, the use of any mode of message to control how we perceive our world. This launch set off the domino effect of fake news that permeates our world today. It was Obama who released this ongoing deception of the American People. He built that.
Today the level of propaganda in the mainstream media is off the charts fearing the public into submission with the China bioweapon, COVID-19 designed to destroy the economy with the help of corrupt and treasonous democrat politicians who are fining and imprisoning citizens for not social distancing or not wearing face masks. This tyrannical agenda should be obvious to all, even the brainwashed mass media manipulated masses.
Without these laws, the lies purveyed as truth to foreigners would find their way to our doorsteps as a purposeful operation enacted by our government. And in the name of national security, the US government could, and probably would, disseminate misinformation to gain public support for otherwise decidedly deplorable actions.
Amendment 114 of the NDAA was approved by the House in May of 2012.
The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (2012) reads:
Sec. 501. (a) The Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors are authorized to use funds appropriated or otherwise made available for public diplomacy information programs to provide for the preparation, dissemination, and use of information intended for foreign audiences abroad about the United States, its people, and its policies, through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, the Internet, and other information media, including social media, and through information centers, instructors, and other direct or indirect means of communication.
(b)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors may, upon request and reimbursement of the reasonable costs incurred in fulfilling such a request, make available, in the United States, motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad.
According to Michael Hastings: “The new law would give sweeping powers to the State Department and Pentagon to push television, radio, newspaper, and social media onto the U.S. public. “It removes the protection for Americans,” says a Pentagon official who is concerned about the law. “It removes oversight from the people who want to put out this information. There are no checks and balances. No one knows if the information is accurate, partially accurate, or entirely false.”
Representatives Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA) in the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (2012) (H.R. 5736), advocate that it is time to liberate the authority of the US government to broadcast American produced foreign propaganda in the U.S.
The amendment, which was hidden within the NDAA, has remained relatively unnoticed. However, it empowers the State Department and Pentagon to utilize all forms of media against the American public for the sake of coercing US citizens to believe whatever version of the truth the US government wants them to believe.
CIA Operation Mockingbird was a clandestine operation to influence US media and popular culture launched in 1953. Frank Wisner headed the operation that congressional hearings in 1975 revealed employed over 400 journalists and several top filmmakers as propagandists, including top Mockingbird underling and co-host of CNN Crossfire, Tom Braden.
Obama’s 2013 NDAA essentially legalized this clandestine operation that continues to this day. The 2013 act, as history has no clearly proven with the wave of pro-Chine, pro-Communist, pro-Democrat fake news, has weaponized the media and big tech against Americanism, patriotism, conservatism and the Republican Party. Evidence of this is irrefuteable.
You need only turn on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC or read the Washington Post post 2013 to see how this measure has worked to sway public opinion to accept and support socialism and other devisive identity politics issues dear to the left’s communist heart.
This festering boil of tyranny has recently been amped up by comments in the media by Obama himself, calling for a MINISTRY OF TRUTH to deal with factual information the democrats and communists want suppressed.

In 1979 the Bilderberg Group met from April 27-29 at the Clubhotel Schloss Weikersdorf in Baden, Austria under the chairmanship of Lord Home of the Hirsel, K.T.
There were 95 participants, drawn from a variety of fields: government and politics, diplomacy, industry, trade unions, shipping, banking, journalism, the law, education, and institutes specialized in international affairs. They came from 16 Western European countries, the United States, Canada and various international organizations, including globalist think tanks like the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral commission.
In accordance with the rule adopted at each Meeting and to enable participants to speak frankly, the discussions were confidential with no reporters being admitted. The agenda was as follows:
I. The present international monetary situation and its consequences for world economic cooperation;
II. The implications of instability in the Middle East and Africa for the Western world.
In addition to the above formal agenda, a half day’s. discussion was devoted to current worldwide problems. Only weeks after this discussion, certain high level members, including Evelyn De Rothschild were given a TOP SECRET document crafted to address these “worldwide problems” entitled, SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS.
The 1979 document was a progress report of the Third World War, a silent clandestine war launched against America and the world in 1954.
The report revealed the deep state shadow government biological and psychological warfare plan against America and the world. This top secret document was found in 1986 in a printer sold at a government surplus sale. As history has proven, this is a very real and active agenda working in concert with the United Nations, the World Health Organization, Venezuela, Cuba, China and other communist regimes to create a one world totalitarian socialist society where all aspects of human life are under the strict control and dictates of unseen bureaucrats and their elite benefactors.
With all the corruption and treason revolving around the democrats and their attempted coup of America with communist China and other communist countries invested in benefiting from a pro-communist pro-corruption Biden regime,
Americans should be outraged and deeply concerned at this attack on freedom and Our Republic. The American people and our free republic have never been in such peril.
